Easy Lemon is a rapidly growing U.S.-based Lemon Law firm dedicated to helping consumers resolve claims involving defective vehicles. Our mission is to simplify a complex legal process while delivering exceptional client service every step of the way.
We are seeking an attorney or legal professional to join our remote team as a Case Manager. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with clients, building relationships, staying organized, and helping move cases forward efficiently.
While U.S. Lemon Law experience is a plus, it is not required. We provide training on our processes and legal framework.
About the Role
As a Legal Case Manager, you will serve as a primary point of contact for clients throughout their case. Your responsibilities will include providing case updates, collecting documents, answering questions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring clients feel informed and supported throughout the process.
This is a high-volume communication role involving approximately 50–60 client calls per day. Success in this position requires empathy, professionalism, organization, and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Provide regular case status updates via phone, email, and SMS
- Collect required documentation and information from clients
- Follow up on outstanding documents and case requirements
- Maintain detailed and accurate case notes within CRM and case management systems
- Respond professionally and empathetically to client questions and concerns
- Coordinate with internal legal and operations teams to support case progression
- Manage a high volume of client communications while maintaining excellent service standards
- Build trust and maintain strong client relationships throughout the life of each case
Preferred Qualifications
- Licensed attorney, abogado, lawyer, solicitor, barrister, or equivalent legal professional credential in your country
- Attorneys licensed in Mexico are strongly encouraged to apply
- Law degree (J.D., LL.B., Licenciatura en Derecho, or equivalent)
- Experience in consumer protection, plaintiff-side legal work, client services, legal operations, or case management is a plus
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with CRM systems, legal software, or case management platforms preferred

Pay: $19,430.32 - $22,206.08 per month
