We are looking for a Trade Compliance Supervisowho will responsible for ensuring full compliance with Mexican Customs Regulations, IMMEX Program requirements, Annex 24 & Annex 30 controls, VAT, OEA, CTPAT Certification obligations, and import/export operational compliance within a manufacturing or maquiladora environment.
This position supervises daily foreign trade compliance activities, supports customs operations team, supports internal and external audits, and ensures accurate inventory control of temporarily imported materials and fixed assets. The role also drives risk mitigation, process standardization, and continuous compliance improvement across the organization.
The role supports compliance related PROSEC, customs declarations (pedimentos), inventory reconciliation, and audit readiness.
IMMEX & Customs Compliance
Ensure compliance with IMMEX Program requirements, Mexican Customs Law, Foreign Trade Regulations (RGCE), and applicable trade programs.
Supervise import/export operations and validate customs documentation including pedimentos, invoices, COVEs, certificates of origin, and supporting documentation.
Coordinate virtual operations, regime changes, returns, destructions, and regularization processes.
Annex 24 / Annex 30 Administration
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in International Trade, Customs Administration, International Business, Logistics, Related field
7+ years of experience in Foreign Trade or Customs Compliance within IMMEX companies.
- Experience managing Annex 24 and Annex 30 systems.
- Experience supporting customs audits and regulatory compliance programs.
- Experience working in manufacturing, maquiladora, automotive, electronics, or industrial environments preferred.
- English Advanced
