*What you'll do:*
Review and moderate online content, including text, images, and videos
Identify and take action on inappropriate or non-compliant content
Apply community guidelines and platform policies
Escalate sensitive cases when necessary
Ensure quality and productivity standards are met
Analyze trends and collaborate with cross-functional teams
*What we're looking for:*
02 years of experience in:
Content Moderation
Customer Service / BPO / Call Center
Quality Analyst / QA / Content Auditor
Social Media or Community Management
Strong attention to detail
Critical thinking and decision-making skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills
English proficiency is a plus
