DESCRIPTION
The Operations Intern is in charge of having communication with the shippers and/or receivers in order to create appointments meanwhile providing excellent customer service.
- Communicate with shipper or receiver to create appts, mainly by email or portal
- Weekly delivery of invoices to customer facility
- Creating on loads on our system
REQUIREMENTS
- Advance English level
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree (international business, supply chain, or related field).
- Schedule Availability: Monday - Friday from 7am to 12pm
