Job Responsibilities – Administrative Support
- Manage daily administrative affairs of the Mexico office, including office supplies procurement, fixed asset management, and vendor coordination.
- Assist with employee onboarding/offboarding procedures, attendance records, and local labor law compliance.
- Manage filing and archiving of company licenses, contracts, and other legal documents.
- Arrange business travel and coordinate logistics for client and partner visits.
- Serve as a liaison with local government agencies, law firms, and accounting firms.
- Support the corporate administration team in implementing company culture initiatives in Mexico, organize local employee team-building activities, holiday celebrations, and engagement events.
- Plan and execute local team-building activities to strengthen team cohesion.
Job Responsibilities – Project Team Support
- Track local business progress in Mexico alongside the Latin America project team; prepare meeting minutes and maintain project documentation.
- Gather and analyze Mexico market intelligence, and report key findings to the project team on a regular basis.
Requirements
- Bachelor‘s degree or above, preferably in Business Administration, Commerce, International Business, or a related field.
- Fluent in Spanish, with proficiency in Chinese or English (trilingual candidates will have a strong advantage).
- Solid knowledge of Mexican labor laws and familiarity with local administrative procedures.
- Strong multitasking ability, adaptable to cross-country collaboration.
- Event planning and organizational skills — team-building experience is a plus.
- Experience in cross-border e-commerce, IT/server industry, or Chinese enterprises is highly preferred.
