RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute the Planner to Schedule exceptions confirmed in 2 Days and Maximum of 5 days.
- Schedule the Ship dates for the Sales Order Evaluating available production slots by taking into account:
- Current backlog
- Line Capacity ( FA and Feeder Plants)
- Working Calendar constraints
- Consider additional input to Promised Date:
- Shipping instructions and INCOTERMS
- Shipset lines (including Multi-sites)
- Packaging Directions
- Validate Accessories lines ( EBS Vs. Cyberplan) before entire order.
- International Orders, stock 1-week prior promised date
- Plan, develop and implement Improvements for LT and performance for order scheduling.
- Participate in the inventory reduction plans and follow up on the NPI (MPS) file.
Coordinates with the different departments to improve the current performance of the department and production.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Job Qualifications:
- 5 years of planning of a manufacturing operation experience.
- 3 years of supervising experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Self-starter. Ability to solve problems, take responsibility and deliver results with a spirit of innovation and a strong commitment to excellence.
- Proficiency in use of MS Office Software – advanced PowerPoint skills required.
- Experience using MRP, MRP II, ERP, JIT, Kanban, production level loading, capacity resource planning, and Production Control.
- APICS CPIM or CSCP desired but not required.
Education/Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Manufacturing or Supply Chain field.
