Help Build the Future of Luxury Outdoor Living
At NovaDeck, we design and manufacture some of the world's most innovative luxury movable pool floors and sliding deck systems. Our clients include architects, luxury home builders, developers, hotels, designers, and wellness centers across the globe.
We're growing, and we're looking for someone who wants to grow with us.
This is not a role for someone who waits to be told what to do.
We're looking for someone who naturally takes initiative, enjoys solving problems, builds relationships with confidence, and creates opportunities where others see obstacles.
If you're the type of person who sees something that needs to be done and simply gets it done, keep reading.
Role Structure
This position begins as a part-time role with the potential to transition into a full-time position based on performance and mutual fit.
We start with a 90-day trial period designed to ensure alignment on performance, communication, initiative, and cultural fit, for both sides.
If successful, this role will grow into a long-term, full-time position with increased responsibility and opportunity.
Your Mission
Your mission is simple:
Help NovaDeck expand its presence worldwide by identifying new business opportunities, building meaningful relationships, and opening doors with architects, developers, luxury builders, hospitality groups, and strategic partners.
You'll work directly with company leadership and have a real impact on the company's growth. Your ideas will be heard, your initiative will be valued, and your results will matter.
What You'll Do: Business Development (Primary Focus)
Your primary responsibility is creating new business opportunities.
This means you will:
- Follow up with leads and book meetings.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities.
- Research target markets and industries.
- Prospect architects, luxury builders, developers, hotel groups, designers, landscape architects, and distributors.
- Generate qualified leads through proactive outreach via LinkedIn, email, phone calls, referrals, networking, and research.
- Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
- Schedule meetings for company leadership.
- Follow up consistently until opportunities move forward.
- Maintain an organized CRM with accurate notes and next steps.
- Conduct competitor and market research.
- Identify strategic partnerships and international distribution opportunities.
- Assist with commercial proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
You won't be handed a list of prospects all the time.
We expect you to think creatively, research independently, and continuously look for new ways to generate business.
Marketing & Brand Support:
- Assist with presentations and commercial materials.
- Support trade shows and networking events.
- Identify marketing opportunities that generate qualified leads.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to improve outreach and business development efforts.
Administrative Support (Secondary):
When needed, assist with:
- Preparing presentations and proposals.
- Coordinating meetings.
- Travel arrangements.
- General administrative support.
Who We're Looking For:
We're looking for someone who is hungry to learn, eager to grow, and excited to make an impact.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, Sales, Management, or a related field.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Additional languages are a strong advantage.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organization and follow-through.
- Strong research and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable speaking with executives and industry professionals.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Go High Level, Hubspot, Google Workspace, LinkedIn, CRM software, and AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Previous experience in business development, architecture, construction, hospitality, luxury products, or real estate is a plus, but attitude, work ethic, and initiative matter more than industry experience.
The Type of Person Who Thrives Here
This position is for someone who...
- Doesn't wait for permission to solve problems.
- Notices opportunities others overlook.
- Takes ownership instead of making excuses.
- Follows through without needing constant reminders.
- Enjoys meeting new people and building relationships.
- Is naturally curious and loves learning.
- Is resourceful when faced with challenges.
- Is comfortable hearing "no" because they know the next "yes" is coming.
- Communicates professionally and confidently.
- Believes that consistency beats talent.
- Wants to build something meaningful, not just collect a paycheck.
If you're someone who needs constant direction, frequent check-ins, or daily task lists to stay productive, this position probably won't be the right fit.

Within your first year, you'll be:
- Consistently generating qualified business opportunities.
- Building relationships with architects, developers, and luxury builders.
- Managing an organized and healthy sales pipeline.

It's an opportunity to help grow an innovative international company from the inside.
You'll work directly with leadership, contribute ideas, take ownership of meaningful projects, and have the freedom to make an impact.
We value people who think like owners, not employees.
If you're ambitious, proactive, and excited by the idea of building something exceptional, you'll fit right in.
Before You Apply
We're looking for someone who wants to build a long-term career with NovaDeck.
We invest significant time, training, and trust into every person we hire. Our goal isn't simply to fill a position, we're building a team of people who want to grow alongside the company for years to come.

We're looking for people who value stability, ownership, accountability, and long-term growth.
In return, you'll have the opportunity to build a rewarding career, take on increasing responsibility, and make a meaningful contribution to a company with ambitious international goals.
