Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to customer emails in a timely manner
- Prepare and provide accurate quotes to customers
- Request and negotiate rates with carriers and suppliers
- Book domestic and international shipments
- Track and trace shipments, ensuring timely updates to customers
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
- Ensure all documentation and processes are completed accurately
