SAP AfterSales Service Consultant responsible for managing the configuration changes, and enhancements of our SAP System support our Customer Service Organisation.
To be successful in thi s role, your proven track record will enable you to deliver against the following key performance areas:
Responsible for successful implementation, including providing functional expertise , guidance, presentation, and instruction on SAP products to clients .
Knowledge and experience of technical AfterSales Service processes in SAP ma inly: Orders, Notifications, Equipments and functional locations structures (including classifications, Measurement Points , etc.), contracts, maintenance Planning .
Facilitates the gathering of requirements, designing, implementing, and supporting SAP AfterSales Service to enhance the clients’ business functionality and performanc e.
Strong functional knowledge on the SAP ERP, and overall SAP functional knowledge (integration with other components / modules SD, PM , MM ) required .
