We are seeking a highly technical Quality Architect to define and champion a quality compliance and engineering strategy across a broad software ecosystem. You will partner with engineering and DevOps peers to embed automated quality gates and a shift-left culture into delivery workflows—apply now to help raise reliability and standards at scale.
Responsibilities

Define an enterprise quality strategy covering unit, integration, API, UI, performance, security, and contract testing

Design scalable test automation frameworks and shared libraries for reuse across teams

Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines to enable fast feedback and reliable releases

Establish automated quality gates that support safe deployments and rapid rollback mechanisms

Evaluate and standardize the QA toolchain including test management and automation tooling
-
Create quality metrics and dashboards to provide real-time visibility into product health

Mentor QA engineers and developers on TDD, BDD, and clean code practices
Requirements
-
2+ years experience in quality architecture, QA automation, or SDET roles
-
Hands-on experience designing test automation frameworks for web, mobile, and APIs
-
Leadership capability to influence engineering practices and drive quality culture change

Project experience standardizing QA processes and tools across multiple teams

Strong programming skills in Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or C#

Solid CI/CD and cloud-native knowledge including containerization and pipeline concepts

Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and technical mentorship

Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2)
