Resumen: This role provides hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment while developing technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Responsabilidades:

Support manufacturing engineers with daily production activities.

Collect, analyze, and report production and process data.

Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements and waste reduction.

Update work instructions, process documentation, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Participate in continuous improvement projects using Lean Manufacturing principles.

Assist with time studies and workflow analysis.
-
Support the implementation of new equipment, tools, or production processes.
-
Help investigate production issues and recommend corrective actions.

Participate in safety, quality, and operational meetings as assigned.

Perform other duties and special projects as required.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in:

Industrial Engineering

Manufacturing Engineering

Mechanical Engineering

Mechatronics Engineering

Industrial Systems Engineering

Or a related engineering field

Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes.

Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles is a plus.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Basic AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar CAD software is a plus.

English proficiency is preferred.
