Viavi Solutions de México, S. de R.L. de C.V. is seeking an experienced Account Executive 3 to drive sales growth and manage key customer relationships in Datacenter / Hyper-scale market within Mexico and Latin America (not including Brazil). This role involves achieving sales targets by developing and executing strategic sales plans for Viavi's advanced network testing, monitoring, and assurance solutions.
Job Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas and revenue targets.

Proactively identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities within the assigned territory, focusing on enterprise, service provider, or government accounts.

Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and understanding their evolving business needs.

Conduct in-depth product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions to effectively articulate the value proposition of Viavi solutions.

Negotiate and close complex sales agreements, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.

Collaborate closely with pre-sales engineers, professional services, and product management teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Provide accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and regular reporting on sales activities and progress.

Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and Viavi's product roadmap to effectively position solutions.

Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent Viavi Solutions and generate leads.

Manage a defined sales territory, including account planning, lead generation, and territory analysis.
Pre-Requisites / Skills / Experience Requirements:
Job Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related technical field.

Minimum of 7 years of proven direct sales experience in the telecommunications, IT, or network testing industry.

Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas and managing a robust sales pipeline.

Strong understanding of network technologies (e.g., fiber optics, Ethernet, observability, cloud, virtualization).

Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Fluency in Spanish and English (both written and verbal) is required.

Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory and internationally.
