About the job:
The PMO Lead for the TPM/TPO implementation project is responsible for providing governance, structure, visibility, and coordination across all project workstreams. This role ensures the delivery of project milestones on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. The PMO Lead acts as the central point of control for project planning, risk management, stakeholder alignment, and executive reporting, enabling a successful deployment and adoption of the TPM/TPO solutions across the organization.
Main responsibilities:
Project Governance & Planning
- Develop, maintain, and monitor the integrated project plan, including scope, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and resources.
- Establish PMO standards, governance mechanisms, and documentation templates to support all project activities.
- Ensure alignment of project methodology with corporate project management frameworks.
Execution Management & Coordination
- Lead weekly/bi‑weekly project working sessions to track progress, issues, risks, and interdependencies.
- Coordinate across business, technical, and external partners to ensure seamless execution of TPM/TPO deliverables.
- Monitor change requests, impact assessments, and decision logs.
Risk, Issue & Dependency Management
- Identify, assess, and track project risks, escalating blockers to governance bodies as needed.
- Develop and follow-up on mitigation plans and contingency strategies.
- Maintain clear visibility of cross‑functional dependencies (e.g., data, IT landscape, commercial processes, finance integration).
Stakeholder & Communication Management
- Prepare and lead Executive Steering Committees, PMO updates, and status reports.
- Create stakeholder communication materials, dashboards, and KPIs that provide transparent project visibility.
- Ensure continuous alignment between business leaders, project sponsors, and technical teams.
Quality Assurance & Adoption Support
- Ensure delivery outputs meet quality standards and business expectations.
- Support UAT planning, training coordination, and deployment readiness activities.
- Drive best practices for change management to support successful adoption of the TPM/TPO solution.
About you:
- University degree: Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Administration.
- Have solid experience leading complex, multi‑workstream projects within Commercial, Sales, Revenue Growth Management. Experience of 3-5 years in Trade Marketing, Revenue Management is a must.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, BI, IQVIA, Nielsen.
- Fixed-term opportunity with a project duration of approximately 6 months.
