Remote Operations Manager (Bilingual)
Remote Position | Full-Time
We are currently seeking a Remote Operations Manager with experience in logistics, dispatch, and operational team management to lead our daily operations in the Permian Basin area of Texas.
This position is responsible for coordinating and supervising dispatchers, company drivers, and contractors, as well as leading and overseeing the mechanics and safety departments, ensuring efficient, safe, and customer-focused operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the remote dispatch team.
- Coordinate daily operations with company drivers and contractors.
- Manage and supervise the mechanics department, ensuring proper preventive and corrective maintenance of units.
- Follow up on repairs, unit availability, and coordination with repair shops and maintenance vendors.
- Supervise and oversee operational safety and compliance with internal policies and procedures.
- Ensure operational coverage and real-time monitoring of services and routes.
- Resolve operational issues, delays, cancellations, and emergency situations.
- Maintain constant communication with clients and teams across the United States.
- Monitor operational metrics and team performance.
- Implement improvements to optimize processes, service quality, and response times.
- Develop and implement operational policies, processes, and continuous improvement procedures within the department.
- Oversee onboarding, training, and performance management of operational personnel.
- Monitor units using GPS platforms and dispatch tools.
- Coordinate with administrative departments regarding operations, documentation, and personnel follow-up.
- Ensure compliance with operational safety policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations, logistics, dispatch, or transportation.
- Experience leading remote teams.
- Experience working with company drivers and contractors.
- Experience overseeing mechanical maintenance, operational safety, or fleet management is preferred.
- Advanced English proficiency required (written and verbal).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operations simultaneously.
- Customer service and results-oriented mindset.
