About the role
Uber Ads is looking for a strategic and results-driven Account Executive to join the Mexico team and help grow our Offline Food Delivery advertising business. In this role, you'll be responsible for building and expanding advertising partnerships with some of the country's most important restaurant brands.
You'll lead the advertising sales strategy for a portfolio of top and mid-market restaurant partners, driving adoption of Uber's growing suite of advertising solutions across both Mobility and Delivery platforms. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll help partners achieve their marketing objectives while contributing to the continued growth of the Uber Ads business.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong commercial acumen, relationship-building skills, and a passion for helping brands unlock value through innovative advertising solutions.
What you'll do
- Develop and execute advertising partnership strategies that support partner goals and drive quarterly business growth
- Manage a portfolio of restaurant partners, identifying opportunities to expand advertising investment and product adoption
- Build relationships with senior marketing stakeholders, including Directors, Vice Presidents, and C-level executives
- Navigate complex partner conversations with strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and consultative selling skills
- Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to deliver successful outcomes for partners
- Drive adoption of new advertising products by clearly communicating their value and differentiating Uber's solutions in the market
- Use data, insights, and industry trends to identify growth opportunities and influence decision-making
- Maintain a strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including programmatic advertising, DSPs, and sponsored products
What you'll need
- Experience in enterprise or large-customer digital advertising sales
- Experience managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting and relationship development through negotiation and closing
- Experience selling advertising solutions to large, complex organizations or brands
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, particularly with senior decision-makers
- Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling abilities
- Ability to manage pipeline health and accurately forecast business performance
- Strong commercial mindset and ability to identify opportunities that create value for both partners and Uber
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and adapt to changing priorities
Bonus points
- Experience selling advertising solutions to restaurant brands or within the food delivery ecosystem
- Experience developing and executing strategic sales plans that drive measurable business outcomes
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Experience using storytelling and data-driven insights to influence stakeholders and uncover growth opportunities
- Leadership experience or demonstrated ability to lead initiatives and influence cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Excel, and data analysis tools; SQL experience is a plus
- Knowledge of digital advertising products, programmatic ecosystems, DSPs, and sponsored advertising solutions
