We are seeking a highly organized, driven, and experienced Remote Operations Manager to join our fast-paced construction and wallcovering business. In this role, you will serve as the core of our daily business operations, ensuring that projects run seamlessly from the initial estimate to final invoicing.

We are specifically seeking a candidate with a strong, foundational background in operations management and proven leadership experience to streamline our processes and coordinate effectively across multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily business operations and manage overall office administration.
- Schedule project estimates and oversee ongoing project timelines.
- Act as the primary point of contact, managing all customer communications with professionalism.
- Prepare accurate estimates and invoices, and meticulously track project progress.
- Collaborate closely with clients, field crews, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure efficient and timely project execution.
Requirements
- Location: Must reside in a Latin American country (Fully Remote position).
- Language: Strong professional English communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Experience: Proven background in operations management with demonstrated leadership experience.
- Industry Skills: Previous experience in project coordination, scheduling, construction administration, customer service, or office management.
- Attributes: Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Preferences: Familiarity with estimating, invoicing, accounts receivable/payable, and project tracking is highly preferred.

- Monday to Friday
- 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time)
