Accounts Payable Specialist
Guadalajara, Jalisco (Fully On-Site)
Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:36 PM
We are a company in the medical industry focused on medical and laboratory equipment, and we are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Guadalajara.

Requirements:
- Advanced English proficiency (required)
- Associate’s Degree or higher
- 1–2 years of customer service experience preferred
- Relevant accounting experience required
- Excellent data entry accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
Responsibilities:
- Review and process vendor invoices for payment
- Match invoices with purchase orders and verify information
- Monitor shared Accounts Payable queue and email inbox
- Investigate invoice discrepancies and communicate findings to the AP Supervisor
- Generate payments for vendor invoices
- Review and reconcile vendor statements
- Maintain relationships with new and existing vendors
- Provide daily updates regarding invoice processing and outstanding invoices
- Follow established work instructions consistently
- Support monthly AP close activities ensuring all transactions are captured
Schedule:
- Full-time position
- Monday to Friday
- 8:00 AM to 5:36 PM
Compensation & Benefits:
- $22,000 MXN gross monthly salary
- Approx. $18,500 MXN net monthly salary
- Approx. $8,500 MXN net weekly pay
- $1,000 MXN food vouchers
