As an Exp Quality Eng Technician here at Honeywell, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products through detailed inspection, testing, and analysis. You will utilize your expertise to support engineering and manufacturing teams in identifying quality issues and implementing corrective actions to maintain high standards.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality engineering or quality technician roles
- Strong knowledge of quality inspection techniques, testing methods, and quality standards
- Proficiency in using quality tools such as statistical process control (SPC), root cause analysis, and corrective action systems
- Experience with quality documentation and reporting software relevant to manufacturing environments

- Advanced degrees or certifications in Quality Engineering or related fields
- Experience in manufacturing or aerospace industries
- Knowledge of industry quality standards such as ISO 9001, AS9100
- Familiarity with quality management systems and continuous improvement methodologies
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and handle multiple priorities

- Develop methods and procedures according to the requirements of the Quality System to document the activities of the Quality System processes.
- Manage the control of Quality System documents to ensure the use of the most updated revisions and compliance with the requirements established by the Quality System.
- Participate in, support, and investigate customer complaints, internal complaints, and detected non-conformities to determine root cause and complete the investigation using established formats such as 8Ds, and apply the required corrective actions.
- Manage and participate in internal audits by creating the audit program according to the needs of the Quality System and participating as an auditor to evaluate the level of compliance and improvement of the Quality System.
- Participate in the communication processes of the Quality Policy, Quality System requirements, and changes or improvements made to the Quality System to ensure that personnel remain aware of updates within the Quality System.
- Participate in external audits of the Quality System as a Coordinator or Lead Auditor to assist external auditors and document findings or situations that require improvement.
- Perform activities based on standard work.
- Any other activity related to the position assigned by the immediate supervisor.
