Role Overview
The Onboarding & Inventory Specialist will be responsible for ensuring new brands are successfully onboarded onto the platform and that their product catalog and inventory are accurately uploaded, maintained, and optimized.
This role sits at the intersection of brand experience and operational precision. You will be working closely with Business Development, Account Management, and Operations to guarantee a smooth transition from signed partner to fully live and revenue-ready.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Onboarding:
- Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for newly signed brands
- Collect and validate all required documentation, assets, and product data
- Coordinate timelines and ensure brands meet launch deadlines
- Educate brands on platform requirements, best practices, and workflows
- Act as the main operational point of contact during onboarding
Inventory & Catalog Management:
- Upload and manage product catalogs with high attention to detail
- Ensure product descriptions, pricing, SKUs, variants, and images meet quality standards
- Monitor inventory accuracy and flag discrepancies
- Coordinate updates for new drops, restocks, and sold-out items
- Maintain internal tracking systems and dashboards
Process Optimization:
- Identify bottlenecks in onboarding and inventory workflows
- Improve SOPs and documentation
- Proactively suggest tools and automations to increase efficiency
Ideal Candidate:
- 2+ years of experience in operations, e-commerce, marketplace, or supply chain
- Strong attention to detail — you notice the small things
- Highly organized and process-driven
- Comfortable managing multiple brands and deadlines simultaneously
- Excellent written communication skills (English required)
- Proficient in Google Sheets / Excel
- Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or other e-commerce platforms is a plus
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset
