Position Objective:
To supervise, coordinate, and optimize the educational process within the Kindergarten section, fostering a cooperative learning environment that promotes the holistic development of students and collaborative work among teachers, students, and families.
Requirements:
Academic Qualifications:Degree in Education, Educational Psychology, or related.
Able to communicate in English with students and families.
Work Experience:
Previous experience in coordination or educational leadership roles in basic education institutions. Minimum of 3 years.
Skills and Competencies:
Leadership and ability to foster a collaborative environment among teachers and students.
Excellent communication and conflict management skills.
Organizational, strategic planning, and adaptability skills.
Specific Knowledge:
Educational assessment and monitoring of students' academic progress.
Proficiency in digital platforms and tools for education.
Main Responsibilities:
Ensure the implementation and monitoring of study programs aligned with the strategies of our educational model.
Design and coordinate cross-curricular activities and projects that promote collaborative learning and social skills.
Collaborate with the teaching team in planning sessions and units based on cooperative principles.
Facilitate regular meetings to assess progress, identify areas for improvement, and strengthen collaborative work.
Oversee students' academic performance and socio-emotional development.
Provide intervention strategies and support for students with specific learning needs, in collaboration with specialists.
Maintain open and effective communication with parents to encourage involvement in the learning process.
Organize workshops and meetings to share cooperative methodologies and student progress.
Periodically evaluate the effectiveness of applied methods and suggest adjustments to enhance the learning environment.
