Who We Are
We’re an up-and-coming digital company building software and services that help businesses grow online. We already have real experience and results behind us, and we’re a small, fast-moving team that’s expanding. That means the work you do here has direct, visible impact. If you want to be a core part of something being built rather than a cog in something already finished, you’ll feel at home with us.
The Role
We’re looking for an experienced SEO Specialist who can step in, take ownership, and execute alongside a team that already knows what it’s doing. You’ll add to what we’ve built, contribute your own insights, and help push our results further. This isn’t a role where you’ll wait for step-by-step instructions, and it isn’t one where you’ll be starting from scratch. You’ll join an established effort and help it grow.
Reporting to our Growth Manager, you’ll be a hands-on driver of our clients’ organic growth, combining proven SEO fundamentals with modern search.
What You’ll Do
- Optimize accounts to win visibility in map-based and locally-oriented search results, and manage the profiles and listings that power them.
- Build and maintain accurate business listings and citations across directories and third-party platforms.
- Drive rankings for location and service-based queries across multiple markets and service areas.
- Manage reviews, ratings, and reputation signals that influence local search performance.
- Run keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO improvements.
- Conduct SEO audits and implement improvements across on-page and off-page.
- Manage content research, planning, and calendars, and collaborate to boost rankings, traffic, and conversions.
- Track performance, analyze results, and report on rankings and traffic.
- Continuously test, learn, and refine to drive real growth.
What We’re Looking ForMust-haves
- 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience, including work that drove visibility in map-based and location-specific search results.
- Proven experience ranking businesses that serve customers in defined geographic markets or service areas.
- Experience managing and optimizing business profiles, listings, and citations across platforms.
- Strong technical SEO knowledge and the ability to execute independently.
- Solid grasp of on-page and off-page SEO.
- Strong analytical mindset, able to turn data into decisions.
- Advanced English, strong enough to communicate clearly and develop native-level English campaigns.
Nice-to-haves
- Hands-on Local SEO experience and a track record of ranking in the Google Map Pack / local pack.
- Email marketing and outbound growth experience (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, or similar).
- Basic coding (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, or SQL).
- Experience with WordPress and other common CMS platforms.
- A degree and/or relevant certifications (a plus, not required).
Tools & Tech Stack
You should be comfortable working day-to-day with most of the following. We don’t expect every tool, but strong fluency across these categories matters:
- SEO & Analytics: Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog.
- Local SEO: Google Business Profile, BrightLocal, Whitespark, Local Falcon, Yext, Moz Local.
- Content & Optimization: Surfer SEO, Clearscope, Frase.
- CMS & Web: WordPress, Shopify, and other common content management systems.
- Email & Outreach: Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, or similar.
- Bonus technical skills: Basic coding (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, or SQL).
How to Apply
Send us your resume. Strongly encouraged and a big plus: a portfolio, case studies, or examples of SEO projects you’ve led.
We’re excited to see your work and build something great together.
