Director of Growth Marketing (Remote – Mexico)

About the Role
All Service Moving is hiring a Director of Growth Marketing to lead, scale, and optimize our entire digital marketing operation.
This role has full ownership of performance — leads, booked jobs, close rates, and ROI. You will be responsible for building systems, driving growth, and holding yourself and your team accountable to real business outcomes.
This is a leadership role, not a task role.
What You Will Own (Cradle-to-Grave)
- Full leadership of a 5-person in-house marketing team
- End-to-end analytics: click → lead → quote → booked job → revenue
- Performance across all channels:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, Local)
- SEO (local + organic)
- Landing pages & CRO
- Paid social & retargeting
- Website optimization
- CRM & attribution tracking
- KPI ownership:
- Cost per lead
- Cost per booked job
- Close rate
- Channel ROI
- A/B testing ads, pages, offers, and messaging
- Building dashboards, SOPs, and reporting systems
- Identifying and fixing leaks in the funnel
- Constant testing, learning, and improvement
- Holding the team accountable to performance metrics
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience leading performance-driven digital marketing
- Strong leadership skills with team management experience
- Extremely data-driven mindset
- Deep understanding of:
- Google Ads & GA4
- Conversion tracking & attribution
- CRM integrations
- Funnel optimization
- Comfortable owning numbers and being accountable
- Self-directed, aggressive problem-solver
- Experience in local service-based marketing is a strong plus
Requirements
- Must be based in Mexico
- Fluent English (spoken & written)
- Able to work U.S. business hours
- Reliable internet and remote work setup
- Proven leadership experience
