We are looking for an experienced Strategic Channel Sales Manager to lead the development and expansion of our distribution network across Mexico.
This position is designed for a highly commercial professional with a strategic mindset, strong business development capabilities, and extensive experience working with industrial distributors and electrical markets.

Develop and execute the national channel strategy.

Strengthen relationships with distributors and strategic partners.

Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.

Build joint business plans with channel partners.

Drive revenue growth through indirect sales channels.

Monitor KPIs, sales performance, and market trends.

Collaborate with marketing, product management, and customer service teams.

Conduct commercial negotiations and strategic presentations.

Maintain accurate forecasting using CRM tools.

Support partners with commercial and technical guidance.

Bachelor's Degree.

Advanced English (required).

Proven experience managing industrial distribution channels.

Strong background in B2B industrial sales.

Strategic and consultative selling experience.

Knowledge of industrial manufacturing processes.

Advanced Microsoft Office.

ERP experience (SAP preferred).

CRM experience.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Availability to travel nationwide.
