Como Coordinador de Marketing Comercial, estarás a cargo del éxito de nuestras marcas en la región. Ayudarás a desarrollar estrategias de marketing que logren el crecimiento de la marca, alineando estas estrategias con los objetivos de ventas y asegurando su implementación. Reportarás al Gerente de Marketing Comercial.
Responsabilidades clave

Colaborar en la ejecución de estrategias de marketing que logren el crecimiento de la marca en la región.

Trabaja con el equipo de ventas para alinear las estrategias de marketing con los objetivos de ventas, asegurando la ejecución.

Mantener relaciones con nuestro portafolio de clientes, asegurando su apoyo y compromiso con nuestras marcas.

Ayudar a gestionar las inversiones publicitarias en ubicaciones designadas, asegurando un retorno de la inversión alineado con los objetivos de marketing.

Ayuda a gestionar la cartera de productos y servicios, identificando oportunidades de crecimiento y optimización.

Desarrollar estrategias para aumentar la cuota de mercado de nuestras marcas, analizando tendencias, competencia y necesidades del mercado.

Asegura la coordinación de los materiales de marketing entre las tiendas regionales.

Supervisa el uso del fondo publicitario, asegurando un uso eficiente y alineado con los objetivos.

Anima y motiva al equipo regional de marketing para alcanzar los objetivos establecidos.

Trabajar con otros departamentos, como ventas, producto y finanzas, para garantizar una estrategia integrada y alineada.

Realizar un seguimiento mensual de la cuota de mercado, ventas, rentabilidad, reconocimiento de marca, percepción y retorno de la inversión en campañas publicitarias.

Analiza datos de ventas, mercado y consumidores para identificar tendencias y oportunidades de crecimiento.

Entregar informes sobre el desempeño de la estrategia de marketing y el retorno de la inversión para la dirección y otros departamentos relevantes.
Cualificaciones
-
3 años de experiencia en marketing y estrategia de marca.

Experiencia en la creación y elaboración de planes de marketing, campañas publicitarias e investigación de mercado.
-
Competencia en el análisis de datos de mercado para tomar decisiones informadas.
-
Disposición a viajar para apoyar proyectos regionales.

Alta capacidad de negociación
