We are expanding our Mexico headquarters in Guadalajara, and we need a relentless Hunter. This position is strictly based on high-volume cold calling. There are no warm leads handed to you—just a clear outbound process, high-value accounts to close, and an uncapped commission structure paid in USD.
What You’ll Do
- Cold Calling Mastery: Spend your day executing high-volume outbound cold calls to cold prospects.
- Lead Generation & Qualification: Break through gatekeepers, identify decision-makers, and qualify potential B2B clients from scratch.
- Full Sales Cycle: Own the entire sales pipeline from the initial cold call and pitch to negotiation and the signed contract.
- Portfolio Building: Build and nurture your own client portfolio through disciplined, systematic telephone follow-up.
- CRM & KPIs: Exceed daily call volume metrics and monthly sales targets while maintaining flawless data in our CRM.
What We Need (Basic Requirements)
- Cold Calling Experience: 3+ years of proven success specifically in B2B outbound cold calling and telephone sales (no exceptions).
- Language Mastery: English C1 proficiency (advanced verbal communication used daily for phone pitching to global clients).
- Resilience: Exceptional objection-handling skills, high emotional intelligence, and total comfort with rejection.
- Industry Knowledge: Prior sales experience in the industrial, manufacturing, or MRO sector is a strong plus.
- Education: University degree completed or currently in progress.
