Intugo, in partnership with a new media foreign company based in one of the leading independent testing, inspection, calibration, and certification service providers in the United States, focused on ensuring compliance, people safety, test accuracy, and productivity in life sciences and healthcare. The order representative department creates accurate and timely service orders based on data from previously executed work, these orders created are transferred to the inside sales department for review.
Responsibilities:
- Create accurate and detailed service orders based on prior work completed for clients.
- Review customer requirements and specifications to ensure all necessary information is included in the order.
- Ensure 100% of eligible assets are on service orders and successfully transferred to the appropriate inside sales rep.
- Liaise with internal departments such as sales and operations to gather necessary information for order creation.
- Identify improvements to streamline the order creation process.
- Implement best practices and standard operating procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Data management.
- Run reports and find sales opportunities (look at services due to past clients).
- Build quotes and send them to the sales team.
- Submit order once sales closes the lead.
