The Role
KITSCH is seeking a Creative Project Manager who brings structure, discipline, and calm to a fast-moving, high-output creative team. This is not a passive coordinator role — it calls for someone who anticipates problems before they surface, connects the dots between teams, and builds the systems and processes that allow great creative work to happen on time and at the highest standard. If you are the kind of person who sees a gap in a workflow and immediately starts solving it, who can hold a creative team accountable without breaking momentum, and who takes genuine pride in operational excellence, we want to hear from you.
