- Compensation: $6.00 – $8.00 USD per hour

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized Supply Chain / Procurement Specialist to manage our daily buying activities, execute product sourcing, and interface directly with suppliers.
Crucial Requirement: This role requires daily, direct communication with US-based vendors. Excellent, high-level fluent English (verbal and written) is an absolute must.Key Responsibilities
- Vendor Management: Act as the primary daily contact for US suppliers, negotiating pricing, terms, and order timelines in English.
- Sourcing & Buying: Actively source and purchase physical products and merchandise that meet company standards and budgets.
- Order Tracking: Coordinate purchase orders from initiation to delivery, ensuring seamless logistics and inventory tracking.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 2 to 5+ years of recent, dedicated experience in a purchasing, buying, or procurement role sourcing physical merchandise.
- Industry Focus (Preferred): Previous buying experience for a janitorial, sanitary supply, or paper company is a major plus, but we are open to other industries.
- English Proficiency: Clear, professional, and confident English verbal communication (C1/C2 level) to handle negotiations daily.
- Logistics: A highly reliable internet connection, quiet home office, and ability to work a consistent 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST schedule.
