We are hiring a "Hiring Associate" to join our team. The ideal candidate is gritty, open minded, accountable, and team oriented. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills in recruiting & HR, while making a positive impact on many small businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be open-minded and coachable to tasks necessary to deliver for our clients.
- Screen resumes and send direct messages to consistently fill the recruiting pipeline.
- Facilitate one-on-one meetings with designated clients
- Consistently hit weekly goals
- Manage a pipeline of client-provided and self-sourced candidates
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and candidates, ensuring an excellent experience
- Collaborate with team members to align client needs with qualified candidates
- Manage client expectations throughout the hiring process
- Engage in ongoing training and industry certifications as needed
