Role - Acrylic Technician (Tradeshow / Display Fabrication)
Location - Tijuana, BC
Over 2-4 years of experience is must, basic English is required .
Key Responsibilities
- Fabricate acrylic parts as per drawings and specifications
- Perform acrylic bonding (solvent bonding, edge joining, box making)
- Cut, bend, polish, and finish acrylic sheets
- Work on display units, lightboxes, signage, and custom structures
- Read and interpret CAD drawings and shop drawings
- Coordinate with design and production teams for execution
Required Skills
- Strong experience in acrylic fabrication and bonding
- Knowledge of different acrylic materials (cast, extruded)
- Experience with edge polishing and flame polishing
- Understanding of tolerances and fitment in display structures
- Basic knowledge of lighting integration (LED in acrylic)
