Job Description
Goldnest Property Management, a fast-growing leader in the short-term rental industry, is seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our team.
We manage a large portfolio of luxury single-family homes across Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston, and Florida. As we continue to grow, we are looking for individuals who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and grow with our company.
This role supports day-to-day field operations, coordinating tasks across teams such as housekeeping, maintenance, inspections, and distribution.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate communication between field teams, vendors, and internal departments to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
- Create and manage daily routes and schedules for field staff
- Handle a high volume of incoming tasks, messages, and operational updates
- Evaluate situations in real time and make decisions based on priorities and changing conditions
- Follow established workflows and protocols to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Track tasks and ensure all field work is completed on time
- Support overall operations by keeping systems organized and up to date
Requirements
- Strong computer and typing skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong judgment and problem-solving ability
- Excellent organization and time-management skills
- Clear and professional communication skills
- English fluency required
- Availability to work weekend shifts
Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience in operations, logistics, property management, housekeeping, or maintenance
