Job Description:
Position Objective:
Support the execution and follow-up of strategic projects and key processes within the Talent area, contributing to talent planning and attraction initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor compliance with the area’s key performance indicators.
- Provide guidance to HR teams on the use of platforms such as OCC, Computrabajo, Psycostock, and British Council.
- Manage payments to vendors related to talent attraction and planning.
- Develop materials and resources for the area’s processes.
- Coordinate and follow up on the department’s training activities.
Education / Majors: Communication, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration.
Leadership & Management Competencies: Accountability, learning agility, organization and execution, effective communication.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (basic to intermediate), Canva, SAP (preferred).
English Level: B2 (intermediate to advanced).
