Position: Organizational Development (OD) Analyst
Location: Tampico, Tamaulipas, Mexico
Salary: Approximately MXN $20,000 (before tax) per month
Language Requirement: Advanced English (required)
Job Summary
We are seeking an Organizational Development (OD) Analyst to support organizational development initiatives, learning programs, and company culture strategies. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement performance management processes, employee development programs, and internal communication initiatives that foster employee engagement and organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and coordinate learning and development programs.
- Support performance management processes and Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
- Participate in organizational culture, employee engagement, and internal communication initiatives.
- Track organizational development KPIs and prepare reports and presentations.
- Assist in organizational development and continuous improvement projects.
- Partner with business leaders to identify training and development needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Organizational Development, Learning & Development, or Talent Management.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal communication).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or Talent Management platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, or similar) is a plus.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
Sueldo: $23,000.00 - $25,000.00 al mes
