We are looking for a motivated and results-driven English-Spanish Outbound Appointment Setter to join our remote team. Your primary responsibility will be to contact potential patients, introduce our services, and schedule appointments for a clinic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients using a provided contact list.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the Clinic.
- Follow up with prospects via phone, email, or messaging platforms.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and appointment statuses in the CRM.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and appointment targets.
- Handle objections and provide basic information about our services.
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve outreach strategies.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or a similar role (preferred).
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and data entry.
- A reliable internet connection, computer, and headset.
- Ability to work in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
- Fluent in Spanish and English (both written and spoken).
