Position: Full-Time Upper Elementary English Teacher
Start Date: August 2026
We are looking for a passionate, creative, and committed Upper Elementary English Teacher to join our educational community for the 2026–2027 school year. The ideal candidate will inspire students to develop strong English communication skills while fostering confidence, curiosity, and a love for learning in a positive and engaging classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver dynamic, student-centered English lessons for upper elementary students.
- Create a supportive, respectful, and inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes active participation and meaningful learning.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing timely feedback and academic support.
- Integrate interactive activities, projects, and technology to enhance language acquisition.
- Collaborate with colleagues and school staff to support students’ academic and personal growth.
- Maintain effective communication with parents regarding student progress and classroom expectations.
- Participate in school events, staff meetings, professional development opportunities, and parent-teacher conferences.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Language Teaching, or a related field.
- Teaching certification and/or English teaching credentials (TKT, Teacher’s Degree, or equivalent).
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience teaching English at the elementary level (preferred).
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Strong classroom management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Enthusiasm for working with children and a genuine commitment to student success.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
