- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
- Experience with people management, and leading and developing a sales team.
- Experience defining high-level, long-term goals, priorities, and overall direction for creative and product-related initiatives in the broader context of organizational strategy.
- Understanding of Google and YouTube’s ad solutions, specializing in creative ad products and generative AI (GenAI) technologies.
- Ability to build relationships and influence executive-level stakeholder groups, including Vice Presidents and Directors.
- Excellent business acumen, storytelling, and structured customer discovery skills, with the ability to translate complex client business models into creative adoption roadmaps.
- Track record of delivering compelling pitches that lead with insight.
In this role, you will be the Head of Creative Works for SPLatam (Spanish Latin America), directly leading a high-performing team of Creative Business Partners and Creative Strategists who drive innovative creative strategies for our most strategic clients. You will serve as a lead creative consultant and regional thought leader, overseeing the delivery of product area client projects and product activation activities at scale.

- Manage, build, and grow a high-performing team of Creative Business Partners and Creative Strategists, modeling high standards and providing regular coaching, feedback, and career development opportunities.
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of creative product area projects, ensuring seamless integration of multi-region and cross-product adoption strategies (e.g., YouTube, Creative AI, and Google Display Ads).
- Consult on critical customer relationships, crafting compelling, insight-driven pitches and creative workshops for high-impact and mission-critical clients.
- Partner with regional sales leaders, product, global/regional creative works, and marketing to align creative strategies with business goals and drive overall growth and identify broad client challenges and market trends, translating them into tactical projects, and advocating for scalable solutions to improve customer marketing efficiency.
