What You'll Earn
Pay is commission-based — you earn per qualified appointment set/per deal closed. Top setters earn $3,000–$5,000/month. No cap. Consistent daily activity is what separates top earners from average ones.
The Role
You're on the phone scheduling free roof inspections for homeowners. That's it. You're not selling a $25,000 job — you're getting a homeowner to say yes to a free, no-obligation inspection. Our estimators handle the rest.
You'll work inbound leads from our marketing campaigns and make outbound calls into storm-affected neighborhoods and our existing customer base. This is an in-office role — you'll work alongside our sales team at least 3 days per week in our Fort Worth office.
What You'll Do
- Call and follow up with homeowners to schedule free roof inspections
- Work inbound leads from Google, Facebook, and storm campaigns
- Prospect outbound into targeted zip codes and neighborhoods
- Overcome basic objections ("I need to talk to my wife," "I'm not interested")
- Log calls and appointments accurately in our CRM
- Hit daily activity targets: calls made, contacts reached, appointments set
What We're Looking For
- Phone experience — customer service, telemarketing, collections, or sales all count
- Comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls
- Friendly, clear communicator who doesn't sound scripted
- Self-motivated with the ability to stay focused in a team environment
- Able to reliably commute to our office 4+ days per week
- No roofing experience required — we train
