About the Role
Samsotech is seeking a highly entrepreneurial Sales Executive to build and grow our presence in Mexico from the ground up. As our first commercial hire in the market, you will be responsible for developing pipeline, closing strategic deals, and establishing long-term relationships with leading hotel groups.
This is a high-impact, ownership-driven role designed for a top-performing commercial professional who wants to build a market, not just manage sales. You will operate with full ownership and be expected to drive results with minimal support.

What You Will Do
- Open and develop the Mexican market for Samsotech hospitality technology solutions
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with hotel groups, management companies, and strategic partners
- Build and manage a strong outbound-driven sales pipeline from scratch
- Lead complex enterprise sales cycles with international hotel chains and multi-property groups
- Engage senior stakeholders across operations, IT, and executive leadership
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation and close
- Represent Samsotech in the market and build strong local brand credibility
- Develop strategic partnerships within the hospitality ecosystem
- Provide market insights and commercial feedback to support regional growth strategy
What We’re Looking For
- Proven success in B2B sales, ideally within hospitality technology, SaaS, or enterprise solutions
- Strong track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals
- Proven ability to build pipeline independently, without reliance on inbound or marketing-generated leads
- Consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience operating with high autonomy in unstructured, fast-growth environments
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and consultative selling skills
- Self-starter mindset with strong ownership and results orientation
Candidates should be able to clearly demonstrate past performance, including:
- Quota attainment history
- Enterprise deals closed
- Typical deal sizes managed
- Personal ownership of pipeline generation and opportunity creation
Preferred Industry Experience
Experience selling into or managing relationships with major hotel groups such as:
- Marriott International
- Hilton Worldwide
- Accor
- Hyatt Hotels Corporation
Additional Qualifications
- Fluent English required; Spanish strongly preferred
- Based in Mexico with a strong local network highly preferred
Nice to Have
- Experience with PMS platforms such as Oracle OPERA PMS or Infor HMS
- Exposure to integrations, APIs, or the broader hospitality tech ecosystem
