As our Customer Service Admin, you will play a vital role in supporting our Service Operations team, ensuring smooth communication, accurate contract management, and high-quality customer interactions.
Take ownership of customer queries, coordinating with salespeople, service supervisors, and other departments to provide timely responses.
Provide general administrative support, including managing safety and site access documents, technician shifts, maintenance plan updates, and work center data changes.
Manage customer reporting, including preparing instructions for KONE Business Services, verifying portal data, and delivering reports for key accounts.
Oversee service billing activities, ensuring timely invoicing, managing credit notes, cancellations, and maintaining billing accuracy.
As a strategic partner, you will strengthen customer service administration practices, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure consistent, high-quality support across the organization.
