About the Role
At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Digital Marketing Account Manager to manage a portfolio of client accounts while improving Google Business Profile performance, local search visibility, and online reputation.
This is a hands-on digital marketing role where you’ll combine technical Local SEO execution with client relationship management. You’ll personally optimize Google Business Profiles, execute local SEO initiatives, analyze performance, and present measurable results to clients through regular business reviews.

What You’ll OwnGoogle Business Profile Optimization-
Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles across multiple client locations.

Improve local search visibility through ongoing profile optimization.

Maintain accurate business information, categories, services, photos, posts, and attributes.

Develop strategies to increase profile visibility, customer engagement, and conversions.

Monitor Google Business Profile performance and recommend improvements.
Local SEO Management-
Execute Local SEO strategies to improve Google Maps and local search rankings.

Maintain NAP (Name, Address, Phone Number) consistency across online directories.

Manage citations and strengthen local search authority.

Implement review generation and online reputation management strategies.

Monitor local search performance and identify optimization opportunities.
Client Account Management-
Manage a portfolio of approximately 15–20 client accounts.

Build strong client relationships through proactive communication.

Conduct monthly performance review meetings with clients.

Present campaign results, insights, and recommendations in clear, non-technical language.

Identify opportunities to improve client retention and support account growth.
Reporting & Marketing Analytics-
Prepare monthly marketing performance reports.

Present actionable recommendations backed by performance data.

Marketing Tools & Process Improvement-

Stay current with Google Business Profile updates, Local SEO best practices, and industry trends.

Improve internal marketing processes and reporting efficiency.
Internal Collaboration-
Partner with internal account management and operations teams.
