We are an architecture and interior design studio working with clients across Mexico, the United States, and beyond. We design spaces that change the way people live and work, and we're looking for the strategic mind behind how the world finds us.
We have a presence, we have content, we have a team. What we need is someone who turns all of that into a system that consistently attracts the right client and converts them into a real opportunity for our sales team.
What you'll do:
- Design and lead the studio's full digital marketing strategy (organic + paid)
- Define and document our buyer persona, brand voice, and market positioning
- Set the area's KPIs and report results monthly to leadership
- Build the monthly content calendar and direct our marketing executive in its execution
- Design and run lead generation campaigns with clear targets for volume and quality
- Own and optimize our presence across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Google, our website, Etsy, and Upwork
- Implement SEO strategy for the website and platform profiles
- Work closely with our sales team to align messaging and track lead-to-call conversion
What we're looking for:
- Native or near-native English speaker, this is a non-negotiable requirement
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally for high-value services (architecture, design, luxury, or real estate)
- Strong command of analytics tools: Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Search Console
- Hands-on experience with paid media (Meta Ads and/or Google Ads)
- Real leadership ability, someone who can direct a creative team with clarity and conviction
- Strategic mindset: knows when to say no as confidently as when to say yes
- Solid understanding of SEO, copywriting, and content strategy
