Agile Program Manager (Software Delivery)

As we scale our product and engineering organization, we're looking for an Agile Program Manager who thrives in fast-moving software environments and knows how to help teams consistently deliver high-quality outcomes.
This is a hands-on delivery leadership role. You'll work closely with Product and Engineering teams to improve execution, remove blockers, drive accountability, and create visibility across multiple software initiatives.
What You'll Do

Lead sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and team ceremonies across multiple engineering squads.

Drive predictable delivery through strong estimation, planning, and execution practices.

Monitor sprint health, velocity, backlog quality, and delivery risks.

Identify dependencies and proactively remove obstacles impacting delivery.

Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineering Leaders to ensure teams are ready to execute.

Create visibility into progress, risks, and milestones for leadership.

Maintain accurate project data and reporting within ClickUp.

Continuously improve Agile processes without becoming overly process-driven.
Requirements
What We're Looking For

6+ years leading software delivery, Agile programs, or technical project execution.

Experience supporting multiple Product and Engineering teams simultaneously.

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, sprint planning, estimation, and delivery metrics.

Experience with ClickUp, Jira, or similar project management platforms.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Advanced English proficiency (C1-C2).

PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications.
Nice to Have

Experience in SaaS or technology companies.

Experience working within squad, tribe, or product-led organizational models.
