We are looking for:
- Bilingual Accountant.
- Experience is not required.
- Degree in accounting finished.
Budgets
1.1. Review and analyze the budgets allocated by department.
1.2. Prepare comparative reports between the allocated budget and actual expenses on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Accounting in QuickBooks
3.1. Correctly record accounting entries and journal entries in the QuickBooks system.
Accounts Payable (United States / Mexico)
4.1. Oversee accounts payable in the United States, follow up, and manage the corresponding payments.
4.2. Oversee accounts payable in Mexico, follow up, and manage the corresponding payments.
4.3. Participate in decision-making related to payment prioritization based on cash flow and contractual obligations.
Financial Statements and Analysis
6.1. Perform weekly reconciliations of company credit card statements.
6.2. Prepare and present profit and loss statements for Shark and Skyou entities.
6.3. Supervise the collection and validation of accounting information from various departments, including inventory and billing.
6.4. Present monthly departmental budgets for review and analysis.
Relationship with the Team in China
7.1. Record invoices received from the team in China in QuickBooks.
7.2. Maintain constant communication with the team in China for the coordination and follow-up of accounting matters.
