Job Summary
- Lead industrial engineering projects, team management and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Supervise team productivity and performance; provide coaching, feedback and assessments.
- Define production processes and value streams; recommend process and layout changes.
- Establish repeatable methods and work processes to optimize headcount, equipment use, and throughput.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead execution of IE plans and improvement projects; assign and facilitate Kaizen events to eliminate waste.
- Develop strategies for introducing new products: feasibility, cost analysis, and production cycle evaluation.
- Implement engineering changes and coordinate integration into production lines.
- Establish goals and KPIs (line balance, UPH, UPPH, headcount, quality, efficiency, productivity) and monitor performance.
- Define offline headcount requirements and coordinate capacity planning; lead weekly capacity review meetings.
- Provide the IE team with required tools, resources and training; manage department administration.
- Lead team meetings, host weekly performance dialogues and attend senior management sessions.
Required Experience & Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
- 2 - 5 years product/production engineering experience, including hands-on product design, development, testing and manufacturing processes.
- Minimum 2 years supervisory or team-lead experience overseeing engineers or technicians.
- Advanced English

- Familiarity with UPH, UPPH, line balance, takt time, and efficiency concepts.
- Layout, station and line design; workstation ergonomics.
- Capacity planning, production cycle time optimization and cost analysis.
- Project management and change management; ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Certifications
- Six Sigma Green Belt (preferred/required as applicable).
- Ergonomics certification.
- IPC-A-610 (as applicable).
- ESD certification.
