Vehicle Wrap Project Manager | The Wrap Shop
The Wrap Shop is looking for a highly organized and communicative Vehicle Wrap Project Manager to help oversee client projects from start to finish.
This position plays a key role in coordinating communication between clients, graphic designers, wrap coordinators, and production teams to ensure every project runs smoothly and stays on schedule.
We are looking for someone professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong problem solver who can thrive in a fast-paced creative production environment.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients regarding project updates, approvals, scheduling, and timelines
- Coordinate between graphic designers, wrap coordinators, installers, and production staff
- Keep projects organized and moving efficiently from design to installation
- Manage customer communication through email, phone calls, and messaging
- Track project progress, deadlines, and installation schedules
- Review artwork/files before production when needed
- Assist with administrative and operational tasks
- Maintain organized records, invoices, approvals, and project notes
- Help create a positive and professional customer experience
- Identify and solve problems quickly while maintaining professionalism
Qualifications
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong organization and multitasking abilities
- Experience in project management, customer service, administration, or production coordination preferred
- Understanding of graphic design or print production workflows preferred
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Strong problem-solving mindset
- Experience using Google Workspace, spreadsheets, CRM systems, or project management tools
- Knowledge of vehicle wraps, signage, printing, or branding industry is a plus

Trial Period & Compensation
- 30-day trial period
- Starting compensation: $800 USD/month
- Payment method: Payoneer
