Project Management Office Professional Jr.
Characteristics:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
- 1–3 years of professional experience in related functions (project management, project engineering, manufacturing engineering, continuous improvement engineering, consulting, etc.).
- Experience in automotive, CPG, consulting, or in highly dynamic environments is a plus.
Functions:
- Implements PM and PMO guidelines, processes and support the management of the respective functional organization.
- Administers and ensures adherence to PM policies, guidelines, programs, and standards.
- Coordinates and supports decision-making for upcoming resource requests to optimize staff utilization across projects.
- Prepares and contributes to contractual matters with external parties (e.g., vendors, clients).
- Analyzes workflow environments and propose improvements in PMO operations and project execution processes.
- Ensures effective cooperation with stakeholders and clarifies organizational or governance issues.
- May oversee specific PMO activities without direct team leadership responsibility.
Hard Skills:
- Lean (Manufacturing, Management, or related) / Six Sigma – Medium.
- PMI PMBOK & Standard for Project Management – Medium.
- Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) – Basic.
- Data analytics, data science, and database administration are a plus!
- Continuous improvement and business excellence certifications are a plus!
