The Role
We're hiring a Lead Relationship Specialist (LRS) to be the first point of contact for homeowners who've reached out to sell their property. Your job is simple in concept and demanding in execution: call inbound and follow-up leads, build rapport fast, qualify sellers, and set quality appointments for our Home Buying Specialists to close.
This is a phone-heavy, performance-based role. The best people in this seat are high-energy communicators who don't quit after the first no.
What You'll Do
- Work a daily lead list -- dial, connect, and qualify motivated home sellers
- Set appointments for our acquisition team with accurate, detailed notes
- Follow up consistently on leads that didn't convert on the first touch
- Log all activity and outcomes in our CRM (Salesforce)
- Hit daily and weekly KPIs: dials, contacts, and appointments set
- Show up to daily team huddles and communicate proactively with your team lead
What We're Looking For
- Prior phone sales, cold calling, or appointment setting experience (real estate is a plus, not a requirement)
- High accountability -- you don't need someone watching you to perform
- Strong communicator who can build trust quickly on the phone
- Comfortable with rejection and relentless about follow-up
- Tech-savvy enough to work across Slack, CRM, and dialers without hand-holding
- Available full time eastern time USA Hours
