As our Loyalty Commercial Specialist , you will own the commercial intelligence and execution backbone of the program's card-spend monetization strategy — building the analytical and economic foundations behind cobrand and everyday-spend partnership decisions.
Your responsibilities will include:
Independently building and owning the financial models, scenario analyses, and economic frameworks that underpin partnership decisions and negotiations across both ecosystems
Structuring complete, end-to-end business cases for new partnerships, card-linked mechanics, and program enhancements
Developing and maintaining competitive- and market-intelligence across cobrand, payments, and everyday-spend, surfacing original insight and monetization opportunities
Acting as the deepest subject-matter resource on cobrand and payments economics (interchange, MDF, signing-bonus structures, points liability) and everyday-spend/card-linked mechanics
Providing expert economic input into Manager-led negotiations, modeling term structures, sensitivities, and outcomes
Driving execution of cobrand, points-transfer, FI, and everyday-spend initiatives, owning defined workstreams with full professional autonomy
Coordinating cross-functional delivery with Legal, Finance, Product, Tech, and Marketing counterparts
Owning and maintaining full-funnel performance dashboards: issuance, activation, spend per active card, category penetration, accrual/redemption velocity, partner revenue, and points-liability ratio
Our ideal candidate:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
3 to 6 years of experience as a senior commercial professional, with a track record of independently owning complex analytical and execution workstreams in commercial analysis, partnership, or loyalty/payments
Strong skills in advanced commercial and financial modeling / scenario analysis
Subject-matter expertise in cobrand/payments and everyday-spend mechanics
Proven ability to independently own analytical and execution workstreams
Experience in KPI architecture, dashboarding, and performance analytics (card-spend funnel)
Strong cross-functional coordination skills across legal, finance, product, tech, and marketing
Market and competitive intelligence synthesis skills
Certifications in Loyalty, Payments, Data Analysis, or Commercial Strategy are a plus
