Epic Resolute Professional Billing (PB) Application Analyst – Remote (Mexico)
We are seeking an experienced Epic Resolute Professional Billing (PB) Application Analyst for a 6-month remote contract with the possibility of extension. This is an exciting opportunity to support a large healthcare organization while working remotely from Mexico.

- Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work remotely in Mexico
Required Qualifications
- Current Epic Resolute Professional Billing (PB/RPB) EPIC Certification (Required)
- Previous experience supporting Epic Resolute Professional Billing applications
- Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle and billing workflows
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
- Experience working in healthcare IT environments
Job Responsibilities
- Design, configure, maintain, and optimize Epic Resolute Professional Billing (PB) application functionality.
- Build and maintain billing workflows, charge capture, claims processing, reimbursement, and collections functionality.
- Configure billing rules, work queues, edits, reports, and interfaces supporting revenue cycle operations.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into Epic application solutions.
- Support application upgrades, enhancements, system optimization, and new feature implementations.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution.
- Collaborate with revenue cycle teams, operational leaders, and technical teams to improve system performance.
- Participate in testing, validation, documentation, and end-user support for system changes.
- Ensure application configuration aligns with organizational and regulatory requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting healthcare revenue cycle operations
- Experience with Epic implementation, optimization, or support projects
- Knowledge of claims processing, reimbursement, and collections workflows
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
