Our ideal candidate has:
- At least 6 month experience in healthcare, sales, retail (preferred call center).
- Advanced English (B1–C2 level).
- High School Certificate.
- Strong computer and typing skills, diction and ortography.
- Attention to detail and a positive attitude.
- Customer focus and adaptability.
Responsabilities:
-Call Handling and Management
-Receive and/or make calls according to the established protocol and script.
-Identify the reason for the customer's contact and route it correctly.
-Accurately and promptly record each interaction in the system.
-Resolve questions, complaints, requests, or requirements on the first contact, depending on the required procedure.
-Meet the conversion or retention goals assigned per campaign.
-Adhere to the script, protocols, and company policies at all times.
-Participate in feedback sessions and ongoing training.
-Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive customer information.

Sueldo: Hasta $21,000.00 al mes
